Application Is Open for the NYCP Future Mvskoke Educators Assistance Program
Okmulgee, OK — The Muscogee Nation Native Youth Community Project (NYCP) is pleased to announce the Future Mvskoke Educators Assistance Program! The Future Mvskoke Educators Assistance Program is an initiative designed to support the classroom needs of Educators.
The program provides reimbursements, up to $200, for the following expenses:
- Educational/Classroom Supplies
Native Educators may be reimbursed for classroom materials that support student learning. - Curriculum Resources
The program helps educators obtain culturally relevant curriculum materials to enhance the teaching of Native languages, traditions, and history. - Teacher Certification Costs
Educators may receive financial assistance for costs associated with teacher certification or recertification, including exam fees.
Who May Apply
- Mvskoke Citizens;
- Educators/Cultural Educators;
- Associates and individuals who have previously attended Future Mvskoke Educators meetings.
