Public Access to Muscogee (Creek) Nation District Court

1. Go to CreekDistrictCourt.com
2. Click on Court Records at top of the District Court page.
3. The Log in to Public Access Portal page opens; click on Log In.
4. On the top left side, click Searches, run the mouse over Case Searches, and then click on By Party.
5. Type in the party’s first and last name and click on Search.
6. The search results will appear at the bottom of the screen.
   For criminal and traffic matters if you do not find your name, call the Attorney General’s Office to speak with a clerk at (918) 295-9720. Please be advised that this is privileged and confidential information and the Attorney General’s Office cannot provide legal advice nor discuss any ongoing litigation. Please refer to CreekDistrictCourt.com for resources with legal assistance.
7. Click on case number (not Defendant name) to pull up case information.
8. You will find the party’s next court date on the Criminal Case page under the Defendant information line.
9. The ROA link on the left side has criminal docket information for Defendant.
