Dance for Lifelong Intensity for Exercise (LIFE), by using dance-based fitness—an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning program. The class will combine Zumba Latin music and easy-to-follow dance moves, in which routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training.
The classes are FREE, and participants can earn prizes!
