PLAY 2024
The Diabetes Prevention Program will be offering five different two-day youth summer camps that stress healthy lifestyles and diabetes prevention.
- FREE to any Native youth ages 10-15.
- Must have a chart at a MCN Health Clinic or a CDIB card.
- Each camp will take 35 campers.
- Priority given to first-time campers.
