The Walking Program is an annual incentive-based program to encourage the Native community to be more physically active year-round. Participants can sign up by contacting their Health & Wellness staff person by phone or email, or by attending a local community sign-up event listed on the schedule.

The Mvskoke Language Program is offering a new series of Mvskoke Language classes via Zoom taught by a Mystery Mvhayv. These classes will begin, Tuesday, June 25, and be held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 12:00 PM (CST). There is no registration or fees for class, and interested individuals can join by using the Meeting ID at the start of class time. IPON KERREPVS! (come learn with us!)
The MCN Department of Higher Education office will be closed on Thursday, June 27, for staff training. Phones will be forwarded to the Receptionist during this time.
There is still space available for the Okemah group on June 27. Please see attached flyer for the upcoming Women's Empowerment Support Group. Also note, the support group is for survivors of domestic/sexual violence only. Supplies provided.
